Kusadasi is very accessible with the international airport of Izmir only 75km away and Bodrum airport 130km. There are regular cruises to Greece and Italy from thriving port of Kusadasi. The marina with its capacity for 700 yachts is one of the biggest in the Aegean Sea. There are many bus routes and tour operators to and from Kusadasi.
Local transport includes minibuses(dolmus) which operate very regular service during the summer season (every 5 min's) and in the winter (every 15mins).Taxi's are also available at reasonable rates. Kusadasi is modern town with modern private and public hospitals. There is a choice of supermarkets. In the old quarter or Kale ici there is a wealth of shopping opportunities and restaurants and bars are abundant to suit all tastes.
